HarPar Engineering, P.C. is a consulting firm providing environmental engineering services to a diverse range of clients.  Our specializations include designing and implementing environmental remediation systems, performing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, obtaining environmental permits, conducting environmental sampling, and assisting clients with navigating through the New York City “E” Designation program. 

We are located in Dix Hills, NY, and are a licensed professional corporation in the state of New York.  We work closely with state and federal regulatory agencies, including the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, as well as local county regulators.
